How to use Parcel Lockers
Parcel Lockers make picking up parcels simple. The process is quick and convenient.
Via PIN code
- Stand in front of the Direct4Smart parcel locker (the one with a touch screen).
- Touch the screen and select the "Collection" option.
- Enter the PIN you received via message.
- If the code is correct, the door will open automatically.
- Take your parcel and close the door.
Via Direct4.me mobile app
- Download the Direct4.me app and create your user account.
- Your parcel should automatically appear in the app.
- Tap the "Open" option.
- If the app requests it, enable Bluetooth connection.
- Your phone will automatically connect to the parcel locker and open the door.
- Take your parcel and close the door.
Third-party authorization
- You will receive an SMS with a unique web link for parcel pickup.
- Forward this link to the person who will pick up the parcel.
- That person opens the link on their phone and follows the short instructions (e.g., enabling Bluetooth).
- The parcel locker will open automatically.
- The person picks up the parcel and closes the door.
- The link is single-use – once the parcel is collected, it is no longer valid.
Via web link (without app)
- Open the link you received in the delivery notification.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and enable Bluetooth when prompted.
- Your phone will automatically connect to the parcel locker and open the door.
- Take the parcel and close the door.

We are currently actively seeking suitable locations for our parcel lockers, which will enhance the customer experience and service accessibility. The parcel lockers will be equipped with solar panels and batteries, meaning no electrical grid connection is required, but it's important that the location provides sufficient natural light.
