Parcel shops

Track & Trace allows you to track your shipment in real time. Simply enter the shipment number, find out where the parcel is and, if you wish, change the delivery address. Even if the sender originally sent the parcel to your home address, you can redirect your parcels to more than 850 Overseas Express Shops and collect them at a time that suits you.



Please follow the instructions! If the sender explicitly requested personal document signing or hand delivery only, the courier cannot deliver the shipment to anyone else. Shipments that require certification of a return document upon delivery, as well as pallet shipments, can be delivered exclusively to a home address and cannot be redirected to Overseas Express Shops.

If you were not at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time, the courier will leave a notice or you will receive an SMS notification. After receiving the notice, you need to arrange a new delivery time in one of the following ways:

A new delivery date can be arranged for the next business day, counting from the day the customer contacts Customer Service and agrees on the delivery.

Customer Service must be contacted within 5 days from the day the notice was received. If you do not get in touch to arrange a new delivery date, Overseas Express will return the parcel to the sender.
