Overseas Express, a global leader in logistics solutions, is announcing significant changes under the leadership of its new directors, Marko Jelenc and Martina Marojević. Marojević and Jelenc have assumed leadership with a clear vision: to enhance logistics processes and ensure faster, more efficient delivery. One of the key improvements introduced by Overseas Express is the implementation of a new automated sorting line for smaller parcels in the B2C delivery segment.
This technologically advanced system will significantly accelerate parcel sorting, streamlining daily operational processes. In addition to faster handling, it will reduce the risk of errors and further improve accuracy and reliability in parcel delivery.
A dense network of Parcel Shops also represents an important element of these changes. Overseas Express plans to expand its presence through a large number of Parcel Shop locations, providing customers with easier access to delivery and parcel pickup services. The OEX Parcel Shop network will offer greater flexibility, tailored to users’ needs and daily schedules.
One of the most exciting upcoming projects is the introduction of parcel lockers, scheduled to begin in the first half of 2024. These innovative units will enable customers to collect their parcels independently, quickly, and securely, without the need to wait for a courier. Parcel lockers will be installed at strategic locations to further enhance the overall customer experience.

Marko Jelenc emphasizes: “Our goal is to improve the customer experience.
