Track & Trace allows you to track your package in real time. Simply enter the shipment number, find out where the package is located and, if you want to, change the delivery address. Even though the sender sent the package to your home address, you can redirect it to more than 850 Overseas Express Shops and pick it up when you want.
Follow the instructions! If the consignor has expressly requested the personal signing of documents or delivery exclusively by hand, the deliverer may not deliver the consignment to anyone else. Shipments with which it is necessary to certify the return document and shipments on pallets during delivery, can only be delivered to your home address and cannot be redirected to Overseas Express Shops.
If you were not at the address at the agreed time of delivery, the courier will leave you a notification or you will receive an SMS notification. After the notification has been submitted, it is necessary to arrange a new delivery date in one of the following ways:
- contacting Customer Service
- sending an email with the shipment number to info@overseas.hr
A new date can be arranged for the next working day, starting from the day when the user contacts the Customer Service and arranges delivery.
Customer Service must be contacted within 5 days of receiving notice. If you do not respond to arrange a new delivery date, Overseas Express will return the package to the sender.
