If you know that you will not be home in the time scheduled for the delivery of your shipment, simply change the delivery address via the Track & Trace application. And if you want to pick up your shipment on the same day, even when you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can choose the nearest Overseas Express Shop pick-up location via the app or as agreed with the delivery person. Once you receive the message that your shipment has been delivered to the specified OEX Shop location, check the working hours and pick up your shipment.
