  • We were not present at the delivery address when your driver tried to deliver the shipment. Will Overseas try to delivery it again?

    Yes. There will be another delivery attempt on the next working day. In case that we cannot deliver the shipment at the time, consignee will be left a notice with the shipment number and telephone number of our Customer Service, and the shipment will we returned to our center.

 

  • Is there a possibility of on-line tracking of shipments?

    Yes. You can use the possibility of on-line track and trace by the parcel number and the reference number.
