In order to import packages from BIH the following is necessary:

1. If it is a regular import, it is necessary to make import invoice
   • If the package has no commercial intention (sending the gift, sample or sending the goods to reparation) it is necessary to make proforma invoice
   • Invoice is the document containing documented evidence about the value of goods and it is necessary for custom process in import country.
2. Make import disposition
   • Disposition is the document by which consignor/consignee gives the order to the forwarding agent to represent him in custom procedure. Consignor/consignee with his verification guaranties the data accuracy according to the custom law. Consignor/Consignee also bears the responsibility for all irregularities in disposal that does not correspond to the real conditions of the goods.
   • If the goods are subjected to special control it is necessary to do the following:
      - In case of medical equipment it is necessary to obtain permit from Agency for medicinal products and medical devices
      - In case of technical, nutritional and textile goods, or leather, it is necessary to organize surveillance of the market inspection, or sanitary inspections for nutritional goods.
