Overseas Express supports Croatian Pavilion on the World Exhibition EXPO 2008 in Zaragoza
World Exhibition Expo 2008 was opened on 14th of June in Zaragoza, where Croatia is presented with the attractive and interesting project „Drop of water, drain of salt“.
Recognizing importance and uniqueness of World Exhibition, Overseas Express signed sponsorship agreement on co-operation in organizing Croatia’s appearance at Expo 2008 in Zaragoza.
By supporting Croatian Pavilion, Overseas Express will take part, along with many others Croatian companies, in realization and organization of this international project. World Exhibition is a unique event, held every few years, with the goal of bringing world’s nations closer together and understanding each other.
Particularity of World Exhibitions lies in the fact that it is organized by the host government, which by its diplomatic ways invites other countries and international organizations to participate.
More than hundred countries will present its culture in the upcoming three months incorporated in the theme of culture and natural values preservation, water being the most important one. It is expected that, in the following 92 days, Expo will be visited by more than 7 million spectators, and along with 106 countries participants, United Nations ,European Union and all Spanish regions will also present themselves.
